Welcome to Artify Interio. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and the interior design, home furnishing, and related services offered by us.

By accessing our website, submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions to the extent applicable to your interaction with us.

2. Our Services

Artify Interio provides interior design and home furnishing solutions for residential and commercial properties. Our services may include:

Interior design, space planning, and turnkey interior projects.
Customised furniture and modular kitchen solutions.
Curtains, window blinds, wallpapers, and wall solutions.
Flooring, upholstery, bedding, rugs, and carpets.
Home décor, material selection, design visualisation, and installation services.

The availability and scope of services depend on project requirements, location, materials, measurements, and the terms agreed upon in the relevant quotation or work order.

3. Enquiries and Quotations

Customers may contact us through our website, phone, email, WhatsApp, or other available communication channels.

Quotations are prepared based on the information, measurements, materials, finishes, and specifications available at the time of preparation.
Prices and estimates may change if the scope of work, material selection, measurements, site conditions, or customer requirements change.
A quotation is not a confirmed order unless accepted by both parties through an agreed confirmation process.
Quotations are valid for the period specified in the quotation. If no period is specified, prices and availability may be reconfirmed before order confirmation.
Additional work not included in the original quotation may attract additional charges.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the quotation, specifications, quantities, and commercial terms before approving a project.

4. Design Approval and Customisation

Interior designs, layouts, 3D visualisations, drawings, and material recommendations are prepared according to the customer's requirements and the information provided.

Customers must review and approve the relevant designs, measurements, materials, colours, finishes, and specifications before production or execution.
Changes requested after approval may involve additional charges and revised delivery timelines.
Custom-made furniture, modular kitchens, curtains, blinds, and other made-to-measure products may not be suitable for cancellation or return once production has started, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Design illustrations and digital renders are indicative. Actual materials, textures, lighting, colours, and finishes may vary from screen representations and samples.

Artify Interio will make reasonable efforts to deliver the approved specifications. Any agreed deviations or substitutions should be communicated to the customer.

5. Pricing, Payments, and Taxes

All prices, payment schedules, applicable taxes, delivery charges, installation charges, and other fees will be communicated in the quotation, invoice, or written agreement, as applicable.

Customers must make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.
Advance payments, milestone payments, and final payments will be governed by the accepted quotation or work order.
Work or procurement may be scheduled after receipt of the applicable advance payment and necessary approvals.
Additional work, upgrades, or changes may require a revised quotation and additional payment.
Delayed payments may affect procurement, project scheduling, delivery, or installation timelines, subject to the agreed contract and applicable law.

Customers should retain payment receipts, invoices, and written confirmations for their records.

6. Project Execution and Delivery

We aim to complete projects within the estimated timelines communicated to customers. Actual timelines may depend on material availability, manufacturing schedules, site readiness, approvals, labour availability, transportation, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Customers are expected to provide timely access to the property, necessary approvals, accurate measurements or information where required, and suitable site conditions.

Any expected delays or material changes to the project schedule will be communicated as reasonably practicable.

7. Cancellation, Returns, and Refunds

Cancellation, return, replacement, and refund requests will be assessed according to the accepted quotation, work order, product specifications, stage of production, and applicable law.

Before production or procurement: Cancellation may be considered subject to the agreed terms and any costs already incurred.
After production or customisation begins: Cancellation may be restricted because materials or products may have been specially manufactured, cut, ordered, or customised for the customer.
After delivery or installation: Returns or refunds may be considered where applicable under the agreed terms and consumer protection laws, including for eligible defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.
Advance payments: Any eligible refund will be assessed against the agreed cancellation terms, work completed, materials procured, and other lawful charges.

Please contact us promptly if you wish to cancel an order or report an issue. We will review the request and communicate the available resolution.

Nothing in this section is intended to exclude or restrict any consumer right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Product Quality, Materials, and Warranty

We aim to provide products and services in accordance with the specifications agreed upon with the customer.

Natural materials, wood grain, stone, fabric, wallpaper, laminates, upholstery, and other furnishing materials may exhibit reasonable variations in colour, pattern, texture, or finish.

Manufacturer warranties, where available, will be subject to the relevant manufacturer's terms. Any workmanship warranty offered by Artify Interio will be governed by the written warranty or project agreement.

Customers should report visible damage, missing items, or installation concerns within a reasonable period after delivery or completion so that the issue can be assessed.

Nothing in these terms limits any mandatory warranty or statutory right available under applicable law.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

Provide accurate contact details, property information, measurements, and project requirements.
Review quotations, designs, specifications, and approvals carefully.
Make payments according to the agreed schedule.
Provide reasonable access to the site and ensure the work area is ready for execution.
Obtain necessary permissions or approvals relating to the property where these are the customer's responsibility.
Inform us of relevant site restrictions, safety concerns, or existing conditions that may affect the work.

Delays caused by incomplete information, late approvals, restricted site access, or customer-requested changes may affect project timelines and costs.

10. Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, designs, layouts, and other materials, is owned by Artify Interio or used with appropriate permission, unless otherwise stated.

You may access the website for personal or legitimate business enquiries. You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, or commercially exploit our website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
